As 2018 has come to an end, I wanted to take a moment to thank each and every one of our business partners, customers, advocates and supporters for the immense success this year has been! We are honored to continue to work with incredible people year after year, and without each of you, we would not be where we are today.
2018 has been a year of growth. Not only have we, as a company, continued to build our branded ingredient solutions, but we also physically moved. Our new corporate headquarters now allows ample space and a collaborative work environment that we hope will translate to better customer service and more timely assistance with technical questions for our customers. The new location offers a large 3k square foot in-house laboratory, allowing for in-house testing, quick sample turn around, and so much more! We are also offering wellness opportunities to our employees with a greenhouse, walking trails around a natural wetland, and wellness building. In addition to the new corporate HQ location, we have opened up shop in Canada and brought on a new director to head up our quality department. Streamlining our teams, office spaces, and overall communication will allow for big changes throughout the coming year.
Office changes are only the beginning of our accomplishments throughout this past year. We are very excited to have announced the newest branded ingredient solution: Maplifa. The press and all-around buzz surrounding this newest offering has been exhilarating to say the least. Maplifa is a proprietary and patented red maple leaf extract with applications supporting healthy skin and dermal support. In addition to our soft-launch of Maplifa, we also launched Neuralum – a proprietary blend of lutein and Longvida to offer a complete neural complex. Both of these exciting new ingredients have the well-known backing of our outstanding customer service team and quality initiatives, as well as the excitement of being new and visionary ingredient solutions that continue to align with our initiatives as a company to offer solutions backed by research and that offer innovative solutions for current market needs. Moreover, we continue to make strides to stay not only in line with industry trends, but ahead of the curve – we are offering a full portfolio of ashwaghandha extracts this year!
Reflecting on the year, we have so many highlights that it is difficult to choose only a few to highlight. In addition to the new building and new ingredients in our portfolio, we have expanded our philanthropic efforts throughout this past year. We have donated to several organizations to help families in our communities and abroad, such as, Cycle for Survival, Zeta Tau Alpha’s Breast Cancer Awareness BMOC with Purdue University, the Boys and Girls Club, Quarles & Brady Summer Hunger Food Drive, American Botanical Council’s Botanical Adulterants Program, Helping Hands Charity, Indiana India Business Council, United Methodist Church, Fishers Baseball Dugout Club, Purdue’s Dance Marathon in support of the Riley Foundation, Noblesville’s Chamber of Commerce, Community Montessori School, and Our Kenya Kids, to name a few.
Regardless of those highlights within our walls, it is our customers that have made the biggest impact, and for you, we are most grateful. We are very excited for the coming year and hope to experience the joys and successes with each of you!
